I guess it depends on whether you'd prefer the owner or the name of the bed and breakfast to be the brand. My first instinct was to use the name of the B&B, since other hotels do that. But if the owner happens to be a famous person, then if they don't already have their own site, it might be good to use their name and link to their business(es) from there...
depends what the client wants people who search for the company are more interested in. Will potential customers/ clients look for the brand or the location or the service rating... eg 5starchar.com determine that and go with the answer.. Its all about how easy it will be to find the service/business
@topgold: Yes see this is my dilema the name of the B&B is the owner's name but the .ie hosting package is double the expense of the .com hosting. Aren't there restrictions with .ie domains that have to be met and the domain name can never be revoked or something like that?

What's a "b and b cashel"? Is there something undesirable about using the bed and breakfast's name, or is that what you were referring to?

@topgold: Would I run into any difficulty by using images from the view at the back of the B&B which contain Hoare Abbey?
